How do I place an order?
Select your color and size, click "Add to Cart," proceed to checkout, enter your details, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are SSL-secured.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. Email support@endrixwalk.com — after that window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Is it safe to use my credit card?

SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Our shoes run true to US size. Measure the longest part of your foot and use the size chart on the product page. Sizes available: US 5 to 11.
What if I order the wrong size?
We offer a free first-time size exchange. Email support@endrixwalk.com with your order number and the size you need.
Are these suitable for wide feet?
Yes. The relaxed, open-style fit accommodates most foot widths. When in doubt, size up.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2–5 business days. After dispatch: 7–12 days for the US, 10–28 days for international orders depending on your region.
Is shipping free?
Yes, free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, every order ships with a tracking number sent via email. Track your order at aurora-shoes.com/pages/order-tracking.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
International tracking can pause at customs. If there's no update after 7 business days, email support@endrixwalk.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Email us before sending anything back — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
How long does a refund take?
3–5 days for us to inspect the item, then 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
Email support@endrixwalk.com within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement with priority shipping — no return needed.

Are these shoes truly orthopedic?
Yes. Developed with orthopaedic specialists to relieve plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and flat feet pain.
How do I clean them?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine-wash or submerge. Air dry away from heat. The insole can be removed for airing.
How soon will I feel relief from foot pain?
Many customers report noticeable improvement within 2–3 weeks of regular daily wear.
