Endrix Walk™ offers complimentary insured shipping worldwide. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Insurance

Every order is shipped with insurance coverage. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Endrix Walk™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Address

Endrix Walk™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email support@endrixwalk.com immediately. We can only correct addresses before the order is dispatched.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
