Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging with all accessories included
- Item is not marked as a Final Sale product
Non-Returnable Items
- Shoes showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Bundle sets purchased at 50% or 60% off — eligible for exchange only, no cash refund
- Items purchased during flash sales or marked as Final Sale
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Email Us First
Send an email to support@endrixwalk.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not ship items back without prior written approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and the correct return address. Do not ship to the address on the original package.
Step 3 — Ship the Item Back
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Endrix Walk™ is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Step 4 — Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Wrong Size? We'll Exchange It
We offer a free first-time size exchange. Email us with your order number and the size you need. You cover return shipping; we cover the re-shipment of the new size.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost with priority shipping — no return required.
Refunds for Lost Packages
All orders are insured. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier after 30 days with no tracking movement, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
